Robert John Goldsack Jr AIA NCARB


Robert is a licensed Architect with over 30 years of architectural experience. 28 years in hospitality design. He is a practicing Architect who has completed over 175 restaurants and has been involved in over 252 hotel projects. Prior to opening Robert Goldsack Hospitality Architect, LLC, Robert held Director and Project Management positions with major hotel and food service companies. Company’s including: Marriott International, Choice Hotels International, Guest Services, Inc. Architectural firms included: Expo Architects and Engineers LLC, Jeffery A. Beer Architects, and The RBA Group. Robert holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology (New Jersey School of Architecture) Newark, New Jersey. Robert has hotel operations experience with Cambria Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Ramada Inn, and Holiday Inn. Memberships include: American Institute of Architects (AIA) and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Robert has extensive travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Robert is a licensed Architect in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is also NCARB Certified for quick access towards license in all other states.

Stephanie Goldsack

Daily Operational Manager

Stephanie Goldsack is a graduate with her Masters in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.

Stephanie’s internship has included two top Boston Architectural firms and many summers with RGHA. She joined RGHA full time on May 1st.

Stephanie has completed extensive travels of Europe including a semester of architectural studies in France. Her studies included modern and classical architectural design, while traveling through major cities of France, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and three visits to Italy.

Her Master’s thesis was “{Re} Occupying the Post-Industrial City” in which she explored repurposing existing industrial buildings into cultural centers for revitalizing post-industrial cities struggling to find a new identity.
